Appraisal season arrives and you are trying to remember a whole year. This puts it in one place: targets with an achievement rate computed from target and actual rather than typed in by you, compared against last year, plus yourinitiatives with quantified impact. The difference is that it shows no claim, it shows a number and where it is verified.

1. This is your own appraisal, and it holds numbers that concern nobody but you. So it is never uploaded anywhere.
2. Cut the internet and try, the tool runs in full and saving writes to your file directly.
3. This page is locked by a connect-src 'self' policy, meaning the browser itself blocks it from sending anything to any outside party. The only connection allowed is the visit and event counter on the same domain, and it carries nothing from your file.

The tool writes to the Targets, Initiatives, and Impact only, and leaves the rest of your sheets, your formatting, and your formulas exactly as they are. It saves only when you press Save yourself, and takes a backup before the first write.
